for UV-Vis Spectroscopy and Colorimetry
UV-Vis Calibration Reference Standards
These are high quality, solid state standards that never need replacement and produce an accurate and consistent spectrophotometer calibration every time. Glass filter inserts are housed within an easy to handle aluminum enclosure that is consistent with standard 12.5 x 12.5 mm dimension cuvettes. The performance of these reference standards meets or exceeds all the requirements of NIST930e standard. These reference standards are ideal for verification of photometric accuracy and stray light performance for spectrophotometers operating in the UV and VIS range.
Diffuse Reflectance Standards
The Diffuse Reflectance Standard is made from a diffuse reflectance material that is hydrophobic and is thermally stable to 350 °C. The durable achieves a 99% reflectivity in the wavelength range from 200 nm - 980 nm. Unlike other PTFE-based standards, it can be smoothed, flattened and cleaned if soiled.

Colorimetry Reference Targets
Color and Gray Scale standards are ideal for calibration and verification of your 400 Series reflectance and color instruments. Reflectance calibrations are extremely simple to perform and only require the use of a 99% reflectance standard.
Gray scale intensity targets are available for linearity response verifications from 99% down to 2%.
Color determinations are equally simple to perform with a 400 Series spectrophotometers. Color standards verify precise precision and color representation over the visible wavelength range from 370 nm - 950 nm. Color standards are available separately or as part of four-standard set.

Wavelength Verification Source
Although all 400 Series spectrophotometers are factory calibrated and never require user re-calibration, users often prefer the short bandwidth of line sources over those of liquid absorption standards for verification of wavelength calibration. Our Wavelength Verification Source incorporates mercury source lamp for verification of mercury and argon lines from 253 nm through 922 nm.
The Wavelength Verification Source operates with either a 9V battery or the included 12V power supply. A fiber optic cable is also included for connection to your spectrophotometer.
